“We have a old Dell Desktop running Windows 7. The hard drive died (unable to boot Windows). We had no backup of the hard drive so with were unable to retrieve thousands of files (documents, photos, music etc). Brought the cpu to Bret & Donnie. They removed the hard drive and accessed our files via their recovery software and downloaded all files to our USB drive. Plugged USB drive into our new computer and there were all out "almost lost" files!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You!!!!!!!!!! Would give 10 stars on rating if it was possible!!!!
