I worked with Simplefusion for 10 years. As our business has grown, Shane and his team have provided scalable solutions to meet our IT needs. Not only have they maintained all of our in-house computers and servers, but they have also made sure that the firewall and network equipment was up-to-date and adequately sized for our operation. Recently when we began to see the need to move approximately 80 employees to be able to work from home, we were able to do so with no major hiccups. We were also able to utilize tools available to stay in touch with teammates via chat and screen sharing. While other colleagues were scrambling to get their businesses moved from a traditional office environment to a work from home structure, our transition was seamless.
