They're known to be expensive, but from my experience, they present you an itemized bill of what they recommend in treatment and care, let you make the final decision on what is necessary for your animal, and they work with you on paying your bill through Care Credit. Everyone I met is extremely kind and patient. Their facility is also clean, light, and airy. They helped my 12 year old dog go from being in chronic pain to acting like a new puppy. I really enjoy them being transparent on their credibility and knowledge. If they don't know the answer to a question, they don't bs you, and let you know they'll find the answer out and work to do so. I'll always trust their care and expertise above anyone else here. If you're hesitating on going to them, don't! You won't regret choosing them to care for your fur baby.“

“I live on Kings Highway and my dog ran away Friday 2/9/24. My neighbor saw an Ad on Facebook saying that Southside Animal Hospital had found one and my Prayers were answered. It was my dog and they took her in and sheltered her and I'm sure that they fed her. I picked her up Saturday morning and they didn't charge me anything. Great and compassionate people there.“

“My 53 pound bog got into rat poison. We called the vet's office & they said come in now & bring the rat poison. They were waiting for her.It took her a long time for the antidote to take place, so she was given more. She finally started vomiting until her belly was empty. The vet tech took care of cleaning. Up the entire room. We had to get her RX at the emergency room vet. She was happy to walk in the parking lot til the RX was ready. She got home & drank. a lot & then ate her dinner. It was a great experience! We return in 14 days. I'm grateful for the staff & doc. I've been going there about 15 years.“
