“I lean to 3 1/2 to 4 stars. The care my personal pet recieves is good. On the down side, the infrastructure, physical and support cate, could use help. Waiting time is often long (30 mins to 1 hr.+) for many services, including refilling Rxs (even after calling in request ahead). It's my opinion that GH would benefit from more parking, vet techs, and in-room examination equipment (instead of removing our pets from the exam room while the exam is performed). IMO, That would be less stressful for pets and their person(s).”
