“They have priced me out of their shop! I'm just a normal working girl and almost fell out of the chair when I was priced 275 (not including the tip) This is by far the most I have ever paid - by far.far far the most I asked at the front desk how much it would be and she estimated about170 which was more in line with my previous visits there with other stylists. Shane was very nice and did a great job he put in a ton of foils, added a toner at the end and gave me a cut.I had originally asked him for a highlight with color in between the foils and he discouraged me from going that route because it would cost more. I shudder to think what that would have set me back. My hair looks very good but bring your wallet if you are going there...sorry but a very honest review“

“First time in Faith by Works Salon and Judi was the absolute sweetest. She was honest but also gave me what I wanted. I went in dull and grown out and she brought me back to life giving me beautiful blonde color. She answered all my questions and not only covered my greys but my concerns. Even priced favorably. With having a family to take care of and a full time job she fit my busy schedule and narrow budget. Love my experience and Judi. The salon is adorable and clean. “I had the most amazing experience today at TMR Salon. The building is absolutely gorgeous and it’s truly a spa experience. My appointment was with Katherine for a color correction and cut. She was such a joy to work with. She listened to what I was wanting to achieve and delivered the most beautiful color that has ever been done on my hair. I’ve had years of bad experiences with color as well as cut and she went above and beyond to get my hair back on track. “We've gone to the West Chester location in the past, but we decided to try Eastgate after scheduling online and finding more available times for our busy schedule. We waited just a few minutes after arriving before my son got to sit in the chair. Maranda was great at cutting his hair even when he was pulling the cape off in the middle of his cut. I showed her the pictures from his previous cuts for reference and we were finished in a timely manner. Even while he was squirming around she never panicked and stayed calm the entire time. She was friendly and talked to our son about his Bluey episode and the Spiderman chair he was sitting in. We will be back!“

“Can’t speak for the service itself, but customer service is A+!I live out of town and wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my sister for Christmas. I sent an inquiry through the contact form on the website to see about purchasing a gift certificate online. I was contacted the next day via email and a follow up phone call to let me know I couldn’t do it online but they could help me do it over the phone. I was hesitant at first giving out my card info, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire situation! I was sent a receipt via email and a picture of the gift certificate they are keeping in the salon for my sister to pickup. Sein Cozad was amazing help.“

“I just came in on the fly for a women’s cut and style. My stylist Jessica did an amazing job and was so personable and kind. I’m so picky and she has me looking like a Kardashian with this mid length bob! Absolutely STUNNING haircut. She was also fast and detailed. I won’t let anyone touch my hair and I felt completely comfortable. She worked around my five earrings in each ear (I should have took them out!) like it was nothing and combed my hair softly. I will be back and referring others here. The price was also extremely fair which is rare for women’s haircuts, especially the one I got. Normally the long amount she cut off would have been much more ANYWHERE else! What a great place.“
