“This is our go to place when we have a sick kiddo. We came here on New Years Day at around 2 pm. Our two year old was being treated for at UTI. While the wait was about 4 hours and the waiting room was packed, the staff worked to make our daughter as comfortable as possible. The lady in triage, I think her name was Keisha, was so kind to our daughter. We were feeding our daughter lots of pedialyte to get her to go and test her urine. Unfortunately, she peed through her diaper and clothes twice. We didn't have two pairs of spare pants in the diaper bag, the lady in triage got us a size 7 diaper they had on hand and some mesh xray shorts so our daughter didn't have to sit in soiled pants or none at all on a cold evening. The larger diaper helped keep her dry while we were giving her lots of fluids.The female nurse practitioner was so pleasant and patient as she answered our questions about our daughter's care. While I know they were super busy, I didn't feel like she was rushing us or anything.I expected a bit of a wait due to the holiday, but I didn't expect how amazing and compassionate the staff were there. As the wait time increased, even the front end receptionist were trying to be transparent with patients about the wait time when they came in to be considerate of their time. I know they all had to be exhausted, but they were still showing up and giving the best care possible. Thank you Norton staff!“

“I did not receive good care. The hospital gave me a medication kidney injury that extended my stay there. Costing me more money for their neglect. They also did not give me any wound care which resulted in a worsening infection that had to be treated elsewhere at even more money out, plus checkup on kidney injury. I told one of the nurses that I had Dercum's Disease and not to use left upper arm which she did anyways. I still have pain in that arm. The kidney doctors don't communicate well. Prior misdiagnosed torn meniscus er visit there as well. Their Immediate Care Center on Dixie Hwy Valley Station is a joke too. The 1st nurse I saw there just told me to put ice in my wound. Stay Away!“

Dr. Gore performed my gastric sleeve surgery and later my gallbladder removal. I wouldn't have changed anything about this journey with this particular office. “I just wanted to give a shout out to my PCP, Dr. Agustin Ramirez. Coming from the healthcare field myself, with over 20 years in multiple specialties, it’s rare to find a physician who: 1) Listens 2) touches their patients 3) cares 4) helps. I’m sorry but this is the truth- it’s hard for some to accept but it is the tangible result of the sad trajectory of the marriage between medicine and money. My doctor, whom I have followed to several practices until his own, is an exception. He cares, he helps me when other’s will not, even if it is a shortcoming of another provider- he will do what he can to see I’m cared for, and even will outsource to find me answers before referring me somewhere just to see a specialist. He tries and that is saying a lot. I can message him and he responds days, He is DEPENDABLE. He never demeans me, he isn’t patronizing and he is always there trying for me when it feels like others just won’t, don’t, or simply don’t have the time. This man is the epitome of an excellent physician. He starts his visit with “How have you been?” He then asks me about a personal life event, a vacation or something I don’t usually remember and will think to myself- oh my how did he even remember that?! He asks about my family. He is knowledgeable, capable and doesn’t pawn me off on expensive specialist’s when he can handle it. I am so incredibly fortunate to have him. The others I have referred to him, I know they can agree, we are truly lucky to have him. He works with his patients. He doesn’t make me feel like him a number in his schedule for the day. I know he gets busy, but he NEVER makes me feel like it. I’m just grateful to have a physician like this on my side. It’s no wonder to me I don’t see his patients in the ER because he takes care of them so well and prevents them from ED visits. I have followed him for years and should he move again, I will follow him there too because he is WORTH it. If you are looking for a new doctor, or feel like you aren’t being cared for, appreciated or heard- I am here to tell you there are doctors out there like Dr. Ramirez who exist that truly care about the health and happiness of their patients. ♥️“

“We have absolutely loved having Taylor as my son’s PT! He is almost 12 and has been receiving therapy since a baby and Taylor has been his favorite therapist he’s ever had! She’s so patient and finds the most creative ways to make therapy sessions fun for him, while also working his muscles/body. She always sends home printed out demonstrations of what they did in therapy so we can work on it at home with him as well!!“

“I want to start off by everyone was polite, respectful, and very friendly. I was met at door with a wheelchair (due to my knee). Shelly at the front desk got me checked in as soon as I arrived. Lauren got my vitals and made me laugh while taking them. I was then taken to have my x-rays done by Tashia and Rafael. They were quick and very gentle with my knee. After I received my X-Ray Dr.Sy came in explained everything to me. She also provided home remedies that will help me. Lastly Towanda had to give me a shot. I really hate shots, she was patient with me and friendly with me. Overall this was my best experience. Thanks to you all my knee feels way better now. ❤️“
