I did not receive good care. The hospital gave me a medication kidney injury that extended my stay there. Costing me more money for their neglect. They also did not give me any wound care which resulted in a worsening infection that had to be treated elsewhere at even more money out, plus checkup on kidney injury. I told one of the nurses that I had Dercum's Disease and not to use left upper arm which she did anyways. I still have pain in that arm. The kidney doctors don't communicate well. Prior misdiagnosed torn meniscus er visit there as well. Their Immediate Care Center on Dixie Hwy Valley Station is a joke too. The 1st nurse I saw there just told me to put ice in my wound. Stay Away!

Surgery: I don’t normally post reviews, but today was the exception…. Norton Audubon Hospital, Louisville KY👏…..I had a very complicated knee surgery today. From the time I arrived my experience was pleasant. Everyone was extremely nice, attentive, and patient with me. Everything went so smoothly and in a timely fashion. I never had to wait when I rang my call bell!! Nurses came back exactly when they said they would, my Surgeon (Dr. Chad Smith) was AMAZING, patient, caring and funny. My pain was controlled better than I could have ever imagined. When it was time for me to go home, it was the fastest discharge I’ve ever experienced at a hospital. This place was like a dream. I am so very thankful to all the staff at this facility! I have had a lot of surgery in my lifetime and this one was by far the best experience ever!!!

been here since 3 and had a stroke and it's 7:36 in the evening I will never come to this ER ever again worst hospital ever
