Jordan and Lauren were especially gracious in helping me navigate the pain of being in a car accident. I can't recall the names of the other doctors, practitioners, and assistants that helped to take care of me but they were all amazing understanding and patient in caring for me. Also, I truly appreciated convenience of getting Rx filled on-site after being seen by the doctor.“

“Deerpark Family has redeemed themselves from the past. Baptist Health is now their parent conglomerate and they have been able to steer this practice to what they always did best, help those that truly need it. After 8 long years of questions, they have removed road blocks from getting the CORRECT care for my cervical spine (neck) injury. They even had to fight CareSource who was denying the gold standard treatment plan for my injury and WON, despite CareSource's attempt to knowingly and willingly prevent the correct imaging to be done with a MRI because it IS the proof needed that ALL the Baptist doctors care plan was the correct plan to take. If it weren't for them, my shameful insurance company could have easily made my arms paralyzed for life instead of giving renewed feeling and vitality to them. I'm very grateful to have these people in my corner and you will be too.“

“This is our go to place when we have a sick kiddo. We came here on New Years Day at around 2 pm. Our two year old was being treated for at UTI. While the wait was about 4 hours and the waiting room was packed, the staff worked to make our daughter as comfortable as possible. The lady in triage, I think her name was Keisha, was so kind to our daughter. We were feeding our daughter lots of pedialyte to get her to go and test her urine. Unfortunately, she peed through her diaper and clothes twice. We didn't have two pairs of spare pants in the diaper bag, the lady in triage got us a size 7 diaper they had on hand and some mesh xray shorts so our daughter didn't have to sit in soiled pants or none at all on a cold evening. The larger diaper helped keep her dry while we were giving her lots of fluids.The female nurse practitioner was so pleasant and patient as she answered our questions about our daughter's care. While I know they were super busy, I didn't feel like she was rushing us or anything.I expected a bit of a wait due to the holiday, but I didn't expect how amazing and compassionate the staff were there. As the wait time increased, even the front end receptionist were trying to be transparent with patients about the wait time when they came in to be considerate of their time. I know they all had to be exhausted, but they were still showing up and giving the best care possible. Thank you Norton staff!“

“I was referred here back in 2011 to Dr. Catherine Case. I later went back and was placed with Dr. Amy Houser. Every physician here is amazing. I currently am a patient of Dr. Houser. She made me feel at ease and really catered to my needs and eased me. I previously went to Women First at Baptist and I didn't get care the same manner as I received from Total Woman. Norton Healthcare is overall better. And these ladies really know what they're doing. They care about the patient, the woman. I couldn't ask for better! My PCP is also there and she was with Baptist for twelve years and switched to Norton. And Norton immediate care is a hella different from Baptist. Hands down, I've received overall better care from Norton and that's a fact. ??“
