It was an amazing experience. Kennedy was amazing. She explained everything she was doing. She is very knowledgeable and skilled. My hair was so pretty. This is the first time in a very long time that I truly love my hair. I would highly recommend the JCPenney salon!!!!!Service: Hair coloring
I’d like to give a big shout kudos to Dekeisha she wasn’t just a hairdresser she’s an Artist! She listened to what I wanted I’d like say I’ve never been happier with the CUT and highlights.So make your appt with her she rocks ..... !!!?????
Loved jcpenny until I tried to go here for Black Friday and omg I truly believe the 500$ and 100$ coupon off for first in line is a scam I stood outside their door for 7 hours just to get a 10$ coupon but at least I know better for next Black Friday this store will not be on my list
