I typically have awful experiences getting my hair cut but she asked very detailed questions about how much i wanted cut off , how i style or dry my hair, how my face framing was typically done (the answer was it was poorly done by me 😅) which she did perfectly, and even asked if a wanted a layer at the bottom for a little more volume.
