I love this store. They have it all!Ulta Beauty has the largest variety of the top name brand cosmetic, hair products, etc. I love the store layout. Plus they has the best customer service!

I went in to Ulta to kill time and ended up spending $200 because Lauren, the sales associate, was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!! She matched multiple products to my skin tone and educated on others. I felt like I was the only person in the store. I left feeling very special and totally heard! I am so grateful, it was a truly wonderful experience.

The staff is knowledgeable, kind, an always willing to help. I never feel embarrassed to ask a question, and I trust that the employees know what they are talking about. The store is clean and neatly organized. I think they have a good variety of stock, but sometimes they are sold out of certain things, which can be a bummer. Also I am convinced there is a customer who eats the lipstick testers.
