ProTech installed HVAC system in our new home in 2020 and we have had an annual service contract so they can come out to our house twice a year to inspect & clean the HVAC system. A few days ago our thermostat stopped working thus the AC was not working. I contacted Tonya at ProTech and she scheduled us for a technician to come out to our house. Josh, the owner of ProTech, came to our home and replaced the thermostat after doing a few tests on the system. Josh, Tonya, and all of the technicians at ProTech are professional, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend ProTech HVAC in Richmond, Kentucky.
Robbie came out found the problem right away and he and his team came out and fixed it. They were quick and efficient I would recommend them to anyone having hvac issues especially if you have a Rheem system they are the best on Rheem equipment
I have been with this company for 10 years and wouldn't think of dealing with anyone else. This is a shining example of excellence in the business world. Prompt service, honesty, caring, willing to take time to answer questions, exceptional knowledge of products, fair prices. They have repaired an old system, installed a new system, done spring and fall maintenance, always friendly and professional, never leaving a mess, no pressuring in purchasing stuff you don't need. Simply put they are the BEST.
