We have nothing but great things to say about Watson Heating and Air. Our AC unit went out in the middle of the night and they were able to come promptly the next morning. Michael was so friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to quickly get everything fixed and our AC unit back up and running. We highly recommend Watson Heating and Air and will definitely be using them again in the future.
We have never been disappointed with Watson.. In my opinion they are by far, heads above any other Heat and AC contractor we have used in the Richmond, Lexington or Versailles area. It starts when they answer the phone and goes from there. Polite, knowledgeable and fair. If they can repair something they go the extra mile, if not they probably are the best at replacing or updating the system. Although not a mechanical contractor, l am a professional in my own field and know when a company is well run. I simply Can’t say enough about these guys.
