While waiting for the part, he regularly came to the house to provide Freon to our system so there would be some relief during the hot summer temperatures. Communicated well and gave a timeline in which to expect the A-coil. Overall, very responsive, and explained all that was needed to be done, plus, went above and beyond to insure we were comfortable!“
