“My daughter was having issues pitching for softball so we went beacon ortho and the Dr diagnosed her with a shoulder muscle strain and prescribed 4 weeks of PT. After three weeks she wasn't any better. So I called Jason at Peak Performance and got her an appointment for a sports massage to work out a knot that I found in her rhomboid. Jason spent an hour working the knot out and stretching her from head to toe. It worked! After one visit she was back to normal and pitching just in time for high-school tryouts. Thank you Jason!!“

“Sweet Serenity is such a great spot! Super cute inside, the infrared light salt sauna was such a relaxing experience. There were cold towels, hot towels, and alkaline water in our sauna room. My mom and I went and felt so calm afterwards. When we walked in the lady up front was very knowledgeable and informed us on all the services and their benefits, she even showed us the salt cave! They have a huge variety of services and I can’t wait to give them all a try. We will definitely be coming back…frequently! If I could come every day…I would. Cant recommend this place more, take time out for self care at Sweet Serenity- you won’t regret it!“
