“We contacted Graduate to repair our roof after getting storm damage that destroyed the gutter, facia, soffit, and shingles, causing several leaks inside our home. The owner Paden was a blessing, he helped us navigate a very aggravating and discouraging insurance claim with our home owners insurance when the insurance company didn't want to pay half of what it would cost to repair it. Paden and his crew did an amazing job despite our budget constraints and we are very glad we called them. Roofing crews cleaned up better than I expected and they cleaned the little back yard on day one so my dogs had a place to go you know. “Mark and his team were making the rounds in my neighborhood offering free roof inspections and on a whim I took them up on their offer. I am glad I did. My exterior garage had an actual bullet lodged in it which was allowing water to get under the shingles. He offered to do a complete seal repair of both my garage and my home with a 5 year warranty for leaks and repairs as well as yearly inspections. They came by the next day and patched everything and replaced damaged shingles.Being a new homeowner, Mark took the time to answer my questions and was very patient. I do have some concerns about their support line, as when I called the number was not accepting calls at the moment. Everything else was very pleasant.“
