I had wind damage on my roof and my insurance company gave us the runaround saying it could be repaired instead of a full replacement. Keelan did a great job of walking me through the process and next steps. He went above and beyond to get me the information I needed for the insurance claim and even did a video to show why the roof was not repairable. After several appeals with the insurance company, we were finally able to get a full replacement approved.
