Traveling internationally at the last minute can be incredibly stressful, and by the time I called Passport Health I was feeling pretty overwhelmed. From the very first phone call, they were kind, reassuring, and even managed to fit me in the very same day.
The nurse was absolutely wonderful. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to understand exactly where I was traveling, what my concerns were, and what I hoped to accomplish. This was honestly one of the best medical experiences I’ve had in my life and I had a lot of factors at play. I had to book something on short notice and I was also traveling for work and did this away from my normal stomping grounds and everything was efficient, smooth, and accomplished everything I needed for my international trip coming up. Jake was also one of the best people I’ve ever interacted with during an appointment of this matter and I would highly recommend him for anything needed vaccine wise and knowledge for international travel. All in all just very pleased with the experience and can’t say enough great things.
My husband and I had a great experience working with Jake! He was very thoughtful and thorough and made us feel at ease with our upcoming trip. He also is gentle with his shots, which is a big plus😂!
