“Dionna cleaned my apartment today and let me tell you I have never seen anyone go above and beyond like she did. Everything she did was meticulous. I've never met or seen anyone work as hard as her before iny life. Last year I hired a gentleman off Thumbtack and he started in the bathroom. He did a great job THERE. It was downhill from there and ended with him stealing my vacuum cleaner. I was Leary about hiring someone else to help me but I lucked out with Help'n Hand Cleaning if you want excellent, efficient, over the top service hire them you will not regret it. She even buys new supplies to clean with so there is no cross contamination between jobs. WOW just WOW. You can't go wrong with this company.“
“I have been using this company for a couple of months now. They do an initial (deep clean) cleaning ie baseboards, fans, vents on the first visit. Each visit thereafter is regular cleaning. 3 people come in. Each have a job to and they are out in 45 minutes to an hour. The same team usually comes; they are polite and respectful. The owner calls weekly to see if all is well and reminders are sent weekly. The best I've had. And most importantly the are affordable. There's nothing like coming home to a clean and clean smelling house!“

They worked me in on very short notice and worked with my disabilities to make it as easy as possible on me. When they came across anything that could be be of value, or. monitary, sentimental or medicinal, they would bring the items directly to me or set larger items aside.We went through 3 dumpsters and many trips to take donatios to different charitable facilities and move things to storage.Being very familiar with OSHA guidelines I was happy to learn they do follow protocols and keep material data sheets.I am very thankful for their continued high standard of work and professionalism.“

“Update: I did get response so quickly afterwards. I’m really thankful for they taking customer’s complaints seriously and try to make things right. I’m moving soon so I’ll definitely consider this place for my move out cleaning.We usually trust Google reviews and BBB, so I want to put down my review here for public. They are not genuine on charging. It has been more than 3 times I realize they clean for 1 hour but charge me for 90 minutes. On the third time I reached out about the wrong invoice. Then they admitted they “by default “ charge me 90 mins. They don’t clock the time on their side, and they trust what their people doing. If I’m not at home checking how long they have been working, they will be keep lying! They don’t clean the house for even 60 minutes, how clean it could be? I’m not satisfied with the work for over 3 months. More angry because they charged me extra and they won’t refund me! I’ll keep reporting until I get my refund. If I need to get a lawyer, I will.“

“I worked with Philip and a whole crew, Joe, George, Walter, and others.My house has really had a lot of trouble in the last decade with water damage. I finally got tired of having to tear down drywall and then having to fix pinhole leaks and bad wood. I decided to have my whole house replumbed.When they did the replumbing, they all but destroyed my bathroom and utility room, and impacted the kitchen as well.I wondered if I was ever going to be able to take a shower again or how they were going to put my house back together.Well, my plumber recommended this place and I was very very happy. I had numerous question, several requests, and at times, I requested that someone re-do something because of a mistake.I never got push-back from anyone, from Philip or the contractor workers.
