We have used Family Tree the past two summers for nanny care. They have been very responsive and I appreciate the easy communication. They placed us with a great summer nanny who was reliable and responsible. They take care of handling payment, taxes, and do background checks. Will use their services again in the future.

I love Family Tree! They have been providing us with great childcare providers for over a year. I can relax and trust everyone who comes in the door (that is not true of some other agencies I've worked with). Some caregivers are better than others, of course, but you can request ones you particularly like. When my mother had surgery, they also helped her find people to help through the night. She was very pleased. Another great thing about Family Tree is they can almost always find a good substitute if the caregiver has an emergency or is ill and can't make it.
