“The team called to let me know they’d be arriving early. They arrived in a COIT labeled vehicle. They provided a 30 minute notification. They assessed the dryer vent and quickly went to work. The process was loud but went quickly. After they finished cleanings the dryer vent, they showed me what they did and how much they collected. The team seamed professional and knowledgeable.“
