The team called to let me know they’d be arriving early. They arrived in a COIT labeled vehicle. They provided a 30 minute notification. They assessed the dryer vent and quickly went to work. The process was loud but went quickly. After they finished cleanings the dryer vent, they showed me what they did and how much they collected. The team seamed professional and knowledgeable.
The team that came out were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable! We had our shower tile cleaned and a chair cleaned. They walked me through everything they were going to do, gave me tips on how to keep my shower tile cleaned and went above and beyond to get the mold off my grout! They also put a protective spray and deodorizer on the chair which was a nice extra touch. I like that they guarantee their work! Very satisfied and will definitely use them again.
