Ironically, we had the exact opposite experience with the Stivers HVAC group this summer. Timely. Efficient. Thorough and extremely courteous! Our problem was buried very hard to diagnose, and I will admit, Stivers had to make a 2nd visit to determine the root cause, but they DID come back and they DID locate the problem and they DID fix it!! We will recommend the Stivers group to anyone who asks, and some people might be surprised what kind of result is gained by offering people some grace and exhibiting a little patience. Thanks Stivers HVAC!!
