Stivers took care of us when the temperature bottomed out and our furnace wouldn't keep us warm. The problem was complicated, but the hvac tech returned three times until he had it figured out, and got the needed part and installed it as soon as things opened after Christmas. The tech was under enormous pressure due to the number of people whose heat had gone out, but he remained polite and determined to solve the problem despite working 18 hour days.

I got several quotes and the quote was great for a trane HVAC system! The guys that did the install were incredibly professional. I still don’t know how they took out the 30 year old furnace and installed everything in such a tight space without making a giant mess, but they did. There was a small amount of clean up involved, but whatever. It’s winter now, so I don’t know about the AC but the new furnace they suggested is keeping this house toasty!
