“10/10. Had the best experience! I have microbladed eyebrows and noticed the dye expanded and got thicker near my arches. Dr. Mamari was able to sculpt away the excess dye. I went to another laser removal place in Ky who wanted to completely remove the microblading all together, which would leave scarring and no eye brows. I needed someone specialized in cosmetic laser removal. I will say- he is straight to the point. Blunt, but in a good way. The staff are so helpful and kind. I saw other complaining about the forms you fill out in the office. I think the questions on the intake form about high school/occupation are used for conversation starters...he looked at mine and talked to me about my occupation. Not a big deal, don't fill it out if you don't like it.“

“My husband got me a gift card to massage envy for my birthday this year. My birthday is in May and I finally cashed in and used my gift card today! (October 5th) I decided I wanted to go with a 90 minute facial and I was with Crystal. The entire experience was amazing. The receptionist at the front desk was inviting and kind… she helped me fill out some basic paper work then took me back to a dark, quiet waiting area. Crystal was 100000/10!! I was super nervous (I’ve only had one other facial over a decade ago) and I wasn’t sure what to expect bc I hard remember the first one. But I felt super comfortable with Crystal instantly… I think it helped having an aesthetician that was close to my age. I really wanted to do a chemical peel but I booked the calming facial for my first one with Crystal, she agreed that would be a good fit for me. I really wanted to leave with glowy, healthy looking, hydrated skin and that’s exactly how I left. The entire process was amazing and SO relaxing that I almost fell asleep. I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress in my personal mom life… I liked that Crystal said “this is for YOU to just be” and she did a phenomenal job. The facial aspect was amazing and I also loved getting the neck/chest and arm massage while my facial mask sat. It was the best day ever. I don’t take a lot of time to “myself” being a wife, mom and my job is babysitting from my home. So I always have something going on for someone else, never myself. I plan on seeing Crystal “regularly”. Every birthday (May) and Christmas I plan to ask for gift cards to massage envy for my facials. I’m really hoping to do the chemical peel next time. Would love to work on past acne scaring that I have on my cheeks. If your considering any time of facial and crystal is an option- pick her!!!! You won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to see her again! Thank you Crystal! You’ve earned a returning costumer. Now if I could afford to, I’d see her monthly! But for now that’s not in the budget. So I’ll definitely be seeing her as much as I can!!!“

“It's a great tanning place clean they are very professional and friendly the only bad thing is every time I go to tan or to use my one spray on tan it's something else to pay for I have almost 130 invested and haven't been there but a week and went to use my spray tan after just buying a packet for the pre spray and was told I needed to pay for other things for the color I wanted I just said forget it I'll just do the bed“

“I am a new patient to the Dermatology Specialists previously being seen elsewhere. I came to them this spring. Everything about this practice is head and shoulders above their competitors. From the ease of getting an appointment as a new patient, the professionalism of their entire staff, the politeness of everyone working there is amazing. The tempo is set by the Dr’s that run this place. They are the lead that sets the example for all the staff to follow. They are polite, attentive, and actually take the time necessary to address your concerns. Can’t say enough about that. From the very pleasant reception you get checking in, to everyone else it is really exceptional. One person I would like to single out is Mary B. who did my 20 radiation treatments. “I’ve always had a good experience here and the girls are so sweet but yesterday was different. I was going in for a spray tan, I was getting checked in they were training a girl, she was very sweet and helping me but she got confused and needed some help. I patiently waited when a girl swooped in not realizing my needs. she explained that my account was frozen and I needed to upgrade my membership. I was so confused because I was getting a spray tan so I said “Ok.. i’m confused” and she replied with “You’re confused?!?” I was honestly giggling internally at that point because the situation was just a miscommunication but I couldn’t help but feel a little sad that she was rude. When I got to my spray tan room the towel on the ground also had someone else’s orange feet prints on it lol ?? I hope they have better day tomorrow!!“

“The Anderson location is absolutely wonderful. The staff is so friendly and always makes a point to greet you with a smile when you enter but also makes a effort to get ato know you so you feel like when you walk in and they ask how you are or how was your day , they truly ask because they care. The store, equipment,bathrooms, etc are always so clean and I have never had to wait to get in. The availability of beds are fantastic. The products they carry are also what stands out above other businesses, they truly carry the best lotions to protect your face, body, tattoos,etc and their vitamin line is fantastic. And if all of this didn't win you over the best thing I this whole store is the SAUNA O.M.G. it's like heaven a peaceful, resting area of heaven where you can sweat out all the bad juju lol and relax before walking back out into your chaotic life.“

“Dr.K is honestly the only person I trust with my face and skin at this point. I stopped going for a while when they changed locations after I drove to the new location that now takes me an hour, and then waited another hour and eventually left that day without being seen. I was SO disappointed with the new facility because the old one was SO beautiful and environmentally pleasing. But honestly; doesn’t matter what chair I sit on as long as it’s Dr. K doing the work because she is just amazing in what she does. A female power house in all things.
