“I had a leak and very old roof, so I knew I needed a lot of work. I called several companies for estimates and AIC was by far the best. The person who did my estimate was very honest describing what needed to be done and showing me very clear pictures. He also was very patient explaining all my options for shingles, vents, gutters and gutter guards. He had samples of everything and videos about them and their quality/function. The scheduling process was very efficient, straightforward and quick. On installation day for the roof, they did an excellent job protecting my house and cleaning up. Marty, the installation supervisor, was on site the whole day and made me feel very confident about the whole process (as well as just being a really fun person to talk to!). And when the gutters were installed the next day, that crew was super fast and just as great quality. I highly recommend AIC!“

“So I like the system, but had to reconfigure the lower gutters as they were collecting debris and ended up flooding my house. Also one of the gutters was compromised, but the sales person said that would not be a problem. The installer said they could try to seal it but would have to be replaced. They were supposed to call back. Never happened. It would have been way better to replace the gutter when the system was installed. EDIT: So I think these guys came back and fixed the one gutter that was compromised? Never charged me and I don't think they ever told me. Was it the gutter fairy? That's pretty awesome!“

“The contractor was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through every step of filing a claim, he went up in my attic to make sure I didn’t have any water damage. He talked to the insurance company and explained the damage on the Roof. The contractor is a real asset to his company .“
