They took pictures, covered the hole, and secured the other damaged areas to protect them until the insurance claim could be filed and repairs could be made. “General Contractor here; We were dealing with a leaking synthetic slate roof that was installed improperly. I called five different reputable companies, two of which weren't comfortable working on this type of roof. Out of the three that came out only Noah from Reliable Residential Roofing even got on the roof to inspect. This was a tall two-story home with a flat roof (2/12). Noah identified four areas of concern that the other two companies that came out couldn't/didn't identify with their drones.
