I highly recommend Big League Roofers. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful and very nice. I was guided through the entire process and helped with dealing with my insurance company. The day of installation was easy and the finished roof looks great. They left my yard with no mess or damage to shrubbery.
Big League Roofers did an excellent job replacing my entire roof at my primary residence. Larry Shead, lead the way with the team and was great with communication and delivered on our expectations. There are so many reasons why I continue to use Big League Roofers but the number one reason is their customer service. I recently had my gutters cleaned and the person who cleaned my gutters pulled back a gutter guard too aggressively and exposed the wood and underlayment below. He tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. I knew I had to make the call to Big League Roofers to get someone who I trusted to hopefully fix the issue.And again they came out and did just that.Jose came out the following day to diagnose my repair and two days later it was complete, and with pictures.
