We interviewed 4 different roofing companies and chose AIC. Many reasons, but I felt we would get the quality roof we were looking for. AIC did deliver, but it was a bit rushed, so I questioned how they can strip and install a new roof in a couple of hours…. Also, we were fighting the rain a bit and ended up with water stains in one bedroom, which they covered to cost of,but was still a pain to make sure it was repainted correctly.
AIC was responsive to the many questions we had, so we were happy about that. If not for the feeling of being rushed and the water stains, it would be 5 stars.
A1C personal was very helpful all the way through the process, from sales to labor, financial, and finalizing contract. Each steps was explained what was going on and I really liked the photos what was being repaired. A special thanks to Lucas, Jimmy, Brandon and Abraham for taking the extra time to make sure we fully understand.
The repair was for a leak at the edge of a dormer plus some changes to gutters and down spouts. The work went quickly and Alfredo knew his stuff. We worked through a couple of issues with the downspouts and the way they laid on the roof. I worked with Abrahim and figured out a better strategy. They promptly came back, made the changes and now the gutters and downspouts look perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.
