I'm fairly new to Creative Yoga. I've found my go to hot yoga studio. Recently moving to Lexington full time I've tried 5 or 6 studio. My class today with the instructor Bailey was the best class I've had. Why are her classes so good. She has a very good flow to her classes. Her voice is not over powering my mindful calmness, or so low I strugle to understand. She does the class with us. I feel seeing an instructor demonstrating the position is very benifcial giving me assurance the instructor is knowledgeable. I love giving recommendations when appropriate. Creative Yoga and Bailey are very desearving. Hope to see you in class. Come join us.
I had an amazing power yoga class with Casey. I’m new to yoga and she did an amazing job making the moves approachable while also giving options for more advanced practitioners. Creative’s a very welcoming and calming space as well. Great experience all around!
Hands down one of the best yoga studios I've ever been to! A friendly, uplifting environment in a beautiful space! Ember is an intuitive and welcoming class leader. It's also so easy to schedule. If you've never tried hot yoga before or if it's your go-to, I highly recommend Creative Yoga!
