I’ve been a member at Empowered Flow for over 3 years now! It’s an incredible studio with a variety of fantastic instructors and a really strong overall community. There’s always a rotation of different classes and things to try at the studio. You will always feel supported, but also challenged! I 100% recommend trying a class here if you’re interested.
If you are bored of lifting weights at the gym or doing stretches at home then sign up to Empowered flow beginner pole series! You will discover an engaging sport and wonderful community of people! 5 stars isn't enough for this establishment! Candace, the owner, has made a safe, encouraging, and fun place to come and move your body! Check it out for yourself! I have been coming for 3 years and I am still not bored! There are so many classes to explore!
I truly can’t say enough good things about Empowered Flow. I’ve been a student for about 9 months, and it’s been an incredible experience that I would highly recommend for anyone on their pole or dance journey.
