“Very upset with my haircut. Asked her to cut the hair tapered up and make it clean and presentable. What did she do? She botched my hairline around my ears left hair sticking up randomly throughout my haircut and did not properly. Cut my hair. Very upset with this place. If my vision was better I would’ve seen it from a mile away, but holding a mirror up to someone who didn’t have their glasses on isn’t really acceptable because I’m trusting you to cut my hair…… UPDATE! We called up there and spoke to the manager Kelly. She was super nice and understanding, and when I walked through the door, she instantly knew something was wrong with my hair. She fixed it for a charge shaped it up very nicely and is a night and day difference I recommend using Kelly if you come up there and if you have any issues, please reach out and talk to them. They will get it fixed for you right away. Attached our new photos of my hair redone so you can see the difference.”
