Very upset with my haircut. Asked her to cut the hair tapered up and make it clean and presentable. What did she do? She botched my hairline around my ears left hair sticking up randomly throughout my haircut and did not properly. Cut my hair. Very upset with this place. Erica cut my hair today 5/17/26 Independence ky location. She understood exactly what I wanted and was such a nice person. I will definitely go back to her.. I was honestly nervous but once I saw my haircut I was soooo happy!!!!
I come to the Independence location so that I can have Kellee Claypool cut my hair. Kellee has been cutting my hair and others that I recommended her to. I have been having her cut my hair for almost 5 years. The store used to be very close to me, but since I moved it takes me much longer, but I would not have anyone cut my hair. I would give Kellee a 10 out of 5 Stars.
