“Phil and his crew did fantastic work and navigated very annoying city government bureaucracy to get this stretch of sidewalk done faster than I would expected. They got the city to remove the tree that was heaving the sidewalk and even got them to grind the stump. They were back out the day after Christmas and got this done, start to finish, in 6-7 hours. They even very nicely fixed the broken part between the stairs and the sidewalk, which I didn't expect. Any time I need concrete work, Able Ready is who I will be calling. “They did a fantastic job. We had the tub resurfaced in 2023 when we bought our home. Earlier this year it was damaged by plumbers and they came out and fixed it. We had a bubble come up and burst recently. They came out and resurfaced the tub again today. I closed the room off but will add a photo when it cures. They were also great at trouble shooting and problem solving. “Great company! Hank came out to quote repairing a hollow spot that had developed under our basement floor. He quoted a fair rough estimate to repair it, but also recommended that we are fine to just leave it alone, and will only really need to repair it if got worse, which is unlikely. That is a high level of integrity to recommend NOT doing a job when you have someone ready to write a check.
