As the client got louder and became unnecessary, the lady behind the desk asked her to leave and she wouldn’t. The client got louder and the lady kept her composure even after she was threatened.“

“I want to start off by everyone was polite, respectful, and very friendly. I was met at door with a wheelchair (due to my knee). Shelly at the front desk got me checked in as soon as I arrived. Lauren got my vitals and made me laugh while taking them. I was then taken to have my x-rays done by Tashia and Rafael. They were quick and very gentle with my knee. After I received my X-Ray Dr.Sy came in explained everything to me. She also provided home remedies that will help me. Lastly Towanda had to give me a shot. I really hate shots, she was patient with me and friendly with me. Overall this was my best experience. Thanks to you all my knee feels way better now. ❤️“

“I did not receive good care. The hospital gave me a medication kidney injury that extended my stay there. Costing me more money for their neglect. They also did not give me any wound care which resulted in a worsening infection that had to be treated elsewhere at even more money out, plus checkup on kidney injury. I told one of the nurses that I had Dercum's Disease and not to use left upper arm which she did anyways. I still have pain in that arm. The kidney doctors don't communicate well. Prior misdiagnosed torn meniscus er visit there as well. Their Immediate Care Center on Dixie Hwy Valley Station is a joke too. The 1st nurse I saw there just told me to put ice in my wound. Stay Away!“

“Used to love this place. When i was a kid in the 70's and 80's my pediatrician was in the building. Also my mom would go to eye dr and get her glasses at that building. And unless i am wrong there was a big meeting room downstairs. My mom would go to amway meets there.“

“The office staff was wonderful and great. And Dr. Micheal C. Creean seem very concerning to his patients. And wants the best treatment plan you can possibly have. He wanting me to take injections I've had them done before at another clinic didn't work. So I'm willing to give them a try see what they can do. And plus I need to discuss some other issues with my treatment. Cause the injections after while they don't perform like that should.“

“This is our go to place when we have a sick kiddo. We came here on New Years Day at around 2 pm. Our two year old was being treated for at UTI. While the wait was about 4 hours and the waiting room was packed, the staff worked to make our daughter as comfortable as possible. The lady in triage, I think her name was Keisha, was so kind to our daughter. We were feeding our daughter lots of pedialyte to get her to go and test her urine. Unfortunately, she peed through her diaper and clothes twice. We didn't have two pairs of spare pants in the diaper bag, the lady in triage got us a size 7 diaper they had on hand and some mesh xray shorts so our daughter didn't have to sit in soiled pants or none at all on a cold evening. The larger diaper helped keep her dry while we were giving her lots of fluids.The female nurse practitioner was so pleasant and patient as she answered our questions about our daughter's care. While I know they were super busy, I didn't feel like she was rushing us or anything.I expected a bit of a wait due to the holiday, but I didn't expect how amazing and compassionate the staff were there. As the wait time increased, even the front end receptionist were trying to be transparent with patients about the wait time when they came in to be considerate of their time. I know they all had to be exhausted, but they were still showing up and giving the best care possible. Thank you Norton staff!“
