“Absolutely amazing staff! Everyone, from the gentleman at the front desk to the provider is very compassionate and understanding. This facility makes it super easy and quick to be seen, unlike other medical facilities I have been to. The gentleman at the front desk asked all of the necessary questions without the annoyance of small talk or office chit chat taking place, which I appreciate. I know that may sound harsh, but when I’m sick or hurt, I do not like when office personnel are talking about their Saturday night plans and not focused on the task at hand. My daughter and I were in and out within 20 minutes and I was able to carry on with my day, which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend for your urgent care needs.“

“Excellent care for children in the emergency room. Every nurse was phenomenal and Doctor Shelby Tanguay was phenomenal. I would recommend Cincinnati children’s in Ohio emergency room to everyone. Nurses, tech, reception, & research. Every woman was phenomenal and very nice. The man at reception was excellent. 10/10 everyone listens to you and hears your concerns and worries.“

“Got stung by a bee. Never had any issues when I was younger but I’m 40 now and my eyes and lips started to swell up. I stopped in and they got me back to a room quickly. Gave me a shot and some meds and it quickly slowed the swelling. Nurse and doctor were both women and were professional and was a great experience. Not sure why this has so many 1 star reviews I thought everything was great overall.“

“I was so impressed, the Doctor was so caring, he listened, if he could be my family doctor, I would drop my family doctor in a second. I can never get an appointment at my family doctor, when I need one. So I went to Bluegrass Urgent Care, and was the best thing I could have done. I know now I will drop my family doctor and just go to Bluegrass Urgent Care from now on.
