I signed in at 12 noon was told I had an appointment at 1pm and I could sit in my car if I wanted to. I agreed they called me at12:20 to come in that a room was ready. Dr Woods was awesome. He took the time to examine me and talk. All staff were friendly. Great people. Quick service.

Went in with my mom regarding a pair of ear infections (she helped me due to my extremely foggy brain). The doctor and nurse were very quick and efficient while maintaining great decorum, and the front desk clerk put up with me while my brain fog left me stumbling over myself. Great experience overall. From these reviews we were worried.Yet we had good experiences at this necessary site previously.Not amazing but good.So tonight we went to St Elizabeth Urgent care for a specific reason.St Elizabeth has records ofprior serious Illness.VeryImportant for us.We got there at 7pm.From the moment we entered the receptionist was kind,caring and very attentive.As we were takin back the nurse was very accurate pulling up the records through St Elizabeth.She was so kind and caring.The Dr came in and I was amazed at his skill and expertise.He knew immediately.Soo precise.I was in awww.I didn't think There was many Drs like him anymore.Wow what it would mean to have a Primary Dr...read full review
