The 2 stars come from how nice the staff was. Everything else about my visit was horrible. I went in for antibiotics for an infection, I was in the waiting room for 2 and a half hours. Then I waited another 30+ minutes in the room. This place needs more staff cause the nurse working was all by herself, checking in, doing paitent intake, and making pharmacy phone calls. And there was only one doctor as well.

I don't understand the bad reviews! Go to St Elizabeth urgent care if you want to wait 5 plus hours. I literally drive here 20 mins so I don't wait that long. The most I have every waited here was 15 mins with my 4 year old and that was with 5 people in front of us. The staff is ALWAYS friendly Stacey is so kind and sweet just patient! The doctor knew my son from coming months prior when we came back. I get in and out which is what I want with sick children and myself! I have zero issues and come here all the time and avoid the big name urgent care! This place gets an A+ in my book from a moms view with sick kiddos!

I have taken my daughter to this location twice now with double ear infections and the staff was friendly right as we walked in, the service was quick and great!The ladies were awesome and had my daughter laughing and smiling which wasn't easy while in pain!! They were great and happy to have them in our area!!Thank you ladies!
