Always a wonderful experience! I come in here to get tested and treated, the staff I’ve met are super friendly, especially Dr. So. They’ve never made me feel embarrassed about how I get sick easily. They do slow down a little when there’s a lot of people, but they tend to get people treated as fast as they can. It gets stressful which is why mercy is needed!

I was so impressed, the Doctor was so caring, he listened, if he could be my family doctor, I would drop my family doctor in a second. I can never get an appointment at my family doctor, when I need one. So I went to Bluegrass Urgent Care, and was the best thing I could have done. I know now I will drop my family doctor and just go to Bluegrass Urgent Care from now on.
