“My computer randomly stopped working and was shooting sparks from the outlet when I was trying to troubleshoot the problem. I found PC Repair through a Google search and called them right away. Travis was very polite and professional and really seemed to know his stuff. I was able to drop it off the same day and was told I would hear back on a certain day, and he kept his word. The full computer was investigated and solutions were offered with different price points for different qualities of parts. I chose the part I wanted and Travis got it installed the same day. Due to my schedule, I picked up the computer the next day and and when I finally got around to hooking it up, I could not get HDMI output to my monitor. I called Travis and he walked me through the hook-up and found that I was trying to put the cable in the incorrect HDMI port. He also answered my further questions about computer maintenance and care. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Overall, I highly recommend his shop and will use his services for all my electronic troubles going forward.“
