Could not access internet in computer. Riley quickly identified issues, walked me thru steps to resolve and waited while computer restarted to make sure issue resolved. All worked wonderfully in only few minutes on phone with him. Very courteous with clear instructions.

We had a new employee start, but we couldn't get their computer working. I called NKOL, and Eric immediately jumped in to help troubleshoot the issue. Since I have very little IT knowledge, I was relieved not to have to figure out all the wiring and connections myself.

Eric asked me to send him a photo of the computer and the connected cables. Within moments, he identified exactly which cables needed adjustment, and the computer was up and running within minutes. I was amazed that he could diagnose and resolve the problem just from a picture on my phone. Outstanding service and expertise—thank you, Eric!

I called NKOL after a concern of a ransom ware attack on my computer. Dylan called me back quickly and was very helpful with explaining what was going on. He was able to fix it quickly so that I could continue on with my day.
