I have gone to PC Repair Shack for multiple repairs on my Apple Macbook Pro Air computer. And in my opinion they are the best at what they do. Every experience I have had with this business they have been quick, cheap, and quality repairs. One of my keyboard pieces came off of my computer after about three years of use. I ordered the replacement part online and once I got the replacement part in and got to the shop, they fixed it within a few minutes right in front of me and you cannot find this kind of work for the prices they offer anywhere else. Best computer repair shop from here to California. They know what they are doing and they do it quickly, inexpensively, and professionally. I literally bought a computer in California to build it, and couldn't find anyone either knowledge how to program the bios so everything talked together until I made it to Kentucky. I live here now and will not be taking my computers anywhere else.

I took my order desktop computer in because I knew something was wrong with my hard drive. They were so prompt and courteous! They called me within 3 hours to tell me my suspicions were correct. They backed up my entire computer and offered me a refurbished HP Pavilion for $200, less my deposit! The very next day, I had a new computer and hadn't lost any of my programs! The gentleman and his son own and run this store and, take it from me, they are OUTSTANDING! Fast, fair, reasonable and most of all, quick! I trust them completely as they told me to call if I have any problems or concerns! Thank you PC Repair Shack!! You have a customer for life!
