“I want to say that I have used almost every home health care provider in Northern Kentucky for my mom. I have had no shows, I have had no staff, I have called the main office for help and left many message late for help. I was referred to Active Homecare for the first time in March of this year. But to my disappointment , the same things kept happening. I’d get excuses from the lady in the office... I’d get promised.... i’d Leave several messages and be needing help. Again, I gave up. I quit my job and try to provide the care myself. That didn’t last long and I reached out for help again. My mom’s case manager told me that the Manager changed at Active and that things would be better. I really needed the help so I gave it a try. Unbelievably, things are different. I do not have the words to explain the type of person the manager , Jackie, is.... she goes above and beyond with every interaction, she has changed the dedication of staff, she does whatever it takes to make sure that my mom is taking care of. If you are in need or know someone that is I recommend you call her. Your life will change.“

“I used Senior Helpers to daily assist an elderly friend of mine. I enjoyed meeting the administrator to review our needs and set up our account.

Once we were an active client, I met several employees who assisted my friend. Each employee was friendly, professional, respectful, timely and seemed to be genuinely concerned for both my wants AND the needs of my friend.

If we had a concern or an additional need, the administrator was always easy to reach and quickly accommodated our request.
