Active Home Care was incorporated in 1997 with the mission to improve the quality of life of our clients and their caregivers through friendship, dignifying and meaningful activities, and innovative clinical leadership. In so doing, we set the standard for the quality of in home support in the markets we serve. It is the philosophy of Active Home Care to provide excellent care to our customers by delivering quality services in a cost-effective manner. Our number one priority is the safety and well-being of our in-home program clients. Our clients want to remain independent for as long as possible. It is our goal to help them achieve that objective.
