“I really appreciate Arnett Vision Care , mall rd - Florence and eyemart next door . Dr. Kimberly Arnett was able to help me years ago when some ophthalmologists couldn’t . She diagnosed eye dandruff and I haven’t experienced it since then . She referred me to an opthamologist after that as my eye was in bad shape . She also provided her expertise in the prescription she wrote for my contacts which were mono vision in spite of having 2 markedly different eyes. The follow up that is done after the visual exam allowed me enough time to adjust, including a change after this most recent exam , No worries , I just came back in and another associate, aft. Day re-examined me”tweaking” the scripts (contacts and glasses ) at no extra cost , including new lenses and glass script . I can come back again in a week ; though something tells me all is well . Thank you Arnett vision care for meeting my vision care health needs well.“

“I've been coming to the optometrist here for ~7 years and the staff and doctors are always very kind and helpful and patient, and even help me understand my vision insurance and what's covered.“

“I was always happy with the service here, they took time with my daughter and actually cared, just upset I had to switch once I got better insurance. They offered flexible frames for small children which was amazing. When I started going to LensCrafters, they did not offer flex frames which ended up costing me 3-4 pairs of glasses a year.“

“Dr. Richard Tabeling has been nothing but fantastic with and for me. I like the staff too. They're all friendly there and the wait time is usually under 20 mins with several ppl waiting. I have to go every few months for hairs that grow into my eye that I cannot see without high magnification, so he painlessly removes them and from beginning to end it takes him less than 10 mins.
I'd recommend him in spite of the negative reviews. This day and age seems more ppl are overly sensitive and expect to be cradled and cared for as if they're the only ppl in the world. He does a gr8 job and what Dr or business doesn't expect payment? If it's an insurance issue take it up with your insurance company not the staff! Just saying. I'll be going to see him today in fact and always look forward to it.“
