The staff is really nice. They are short staffed but thats everywhere. You have to just be patient. The prices are a little bit pricey but the quality of the products are good which is worth the price

Im surprised with some of these bad reviews because I have been in here a couple times with my elderly parents and the staff is very nice. We normally go to the hyde park location but they are temporarily without a dr but this western hills location will be our new spot. My parents had alot of questions and they were all answered

Me and my spouse both worked with Courtney and might I add she did an amazing job being patient with us as we picked out 4 pair of glasses and customized a pair that took quite some time… she did not rush us over time and made sure that we were satisfied Brit leaving… after assisting us with are new pair, she fixed are current worn down pair that were brought into the store by heating and tightening my arms and inserting a screw in my spouse frames and removing the tape that was being used to hold up my spouse frames.
