The Energi Studio

I’ve been to many of Michelle’s classes. They are always well structured and fun to do and accessible by participants of all levels of fitness. And, Michelle is a great motivator too. Energi also has 2 outstanding yoga instructors with classes scheduled at convenient hours. The facility is a high ceiling, open, historic building right on the Avenue in Bellevue. I work in downtown Cincinnati and can get there and back in no time. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend The Energi Studio! Michelle offers a wide range of classes from muscle building and toning workouts to gentle flow yoga. Since the class sizes are so small, Michelle is able to get to know everyone and tailer or pivot any workout to meet your specific need. I would definitely recommend Energi as your all-in-one total body care studio!
