I really like this location in Latonia. The girl's are always friendly and helpful for the most part. It's very convenient and near my work and I've only had one time in 6 weeks where I had to wait for about 15 minutes before I could get in and that fine with me. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because one of the doors is almost impossible to get locked. The girls try to help me, but it's just something that has to be done from the inside obviously. Sometimes I just leave the door unlocked and hope that nobody walks in on my. :) Anyway the girls there are doing a great job!!!!

I want to give a big shout out to Sabrina. She is always a pleasure to see with her professional happy cheerful mood. Thank you Sabrina for making my visits more than just a trip to the tanning bed. I honestly don't believe I would make the trip to Latonia which is out of my way if it where not fore the help and courtesy she has gone above and beyond to show me.

Besides the fact that the place is always very clean with a friendly staff (with the exception of one young lady who I believe was the manager, had an awful attitude even though I was buying a package) but today all the stars that girl would’ve cost em were earned back. There was a young lady who’s name was Chloe who’s customer service was a step above. I’ve been a District Manager before & if my employees went the extra mile like she did today I would be ecstatic. Without me even asking she explained throughly all the questions I had. Made sure I got the correct pricing for my extras according to the package I have.
