I went in there for some hair oil & leave in conditioner… happened to start talking to her about this red splotches on my face.. and within 10 minutes she educated me, got me all set up & saved me money at the same time. She’s top tier 20/10. They are VERY lucky to have her
Alexis was AMAZING, my best experience with an Ulta employee. Soon as I entered she greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I promptly responded yes and told her I needed help finding a good setting spray, foundation and blush. She gave recommendations for setting spray and blush but specified she struggled in foundation. HOWEVER i gave miss ma'am a brand and she color matched my BLACK skin on the first try. A fantastic employee, she deserves a raise.
The associates there are always very helpful! I needed a new 'It Cosmetics' base, but couldn't remember the color. The associate guided me to the cashier who was able to find the color based on my past purchases with my phone number. A big shout out🤗for the team at the Newport Kentucky location!
