EDIT: I had a large lead limb from a tree come down on my roof after hours on a Friday night (couple years after my new roof). It was to continue to rain all weekend and I did not know if I had a roof penetration. Ryan had a guy out in less than two hours to give it a look. Repairs were handled quickly & professionally. They busted their rear ends on my project, going above and beyond in dealing with a huge impersonal insurance company who's M.O. is to pay the least amount possible. The crew was here early everyday, they moved things near the house that were in the way and gently put them back - even going so far as to rehook up my water hose.Bob walked my husband and I through every step.
