This afternoon I attended the yomassage workshop with Aubrey! It was amazing. The perfect blend of relaxing poses with some massage worked into each pose. Left feeling light, refreshed and recharged! Great job Aubrey! I look forward to future workshops!
Yoga Wichita is the best. Michelle accommodates all levels from beginners to advanced. She never repeats a class so you have no chance of being bored. She cares for her class members deeply. She wants us to succeed. I've had two knee replacements and yoga has been essential in my rehabilitation.
Michele is a wonderful yoga instructor. I have tried three other places and they didn't measure up. She made me feel welcome from day one. I have gained flexibility, friendships, confidence and learned to love myself all because of Michele and her yoga studio. I feel so blessed to be part of such a special yoga group. Thank you! Jan
